Mention DJ culture and Paul Oakenfold’s name is sure to be high on the list of pioneers. For more than two decades he’s been taking control of dancefloors from Ibiza to London and from Dubai to South Beach. Oakenfold has ushered in the new era of electronic dance music as his sparkling remixes have created just as much attention as his ability to move listeners.
This Halloween Oakenfold and LEBO teamed up at San Francisco’s historic Regency Ballroom to bring the beats and brushes to the masses. For almost three hours LEBO whipped up a frenetic display of technicolor madness on stage while Oakenfold brought his signature sound that has rocked millions the world over.
After the show Paul and LEBO took a few moments to break down the events of the evening. It was a historic moment for all in attendance.
